Also you can pay in any local store or shop who accepts payments for any house hold payment machines who accepts cash payments and for order in cash you just have to show your order confirmation with Barcode to cashier and immediately you receive confirmation to your email. Please hold any cheque’s if you have any problem and please contact us via email.
DELIVERY:
1. The store undertakes to indicate the delivery date next to each item. In the event of a problem with the delivery, the Store undertakes to contact the Customer and find the best solution.
2. The Customer undertakes to pay attention to the specified delivery time and apply to the Store only if 24 hours have elapsed since the end of the delivery time.
3. When ordering the goods, the customer undertakes to indicate the place of delivery of the goods and the person who will accept the goods.
4. The customer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that he is unable to accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the specified address and on the basis of other data provided by the Customer, the Customer shall not have the right to make claims to the Store regarding delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
5. The customer who has chosen to pick up the goods at the company's headquarters at the time of ordering must provide an identity document and a copy of the order. The store, in turn, undertakes to call the Customer when the product is ready.

RETURNS:
1. When buying in the store www.harliodalys.lt, each buyer and the product of the appropriate quality purchased by him is given a 14-day return guarantee from the date of purchase.
2. To return a product of the right quality: Be sure to contact us by email .lt and fill in the goods return form. Returns will not be taken back without prior notice and coordination of the return. Explain the reason and attach proof of purchase. The product must be unused, with labeling labels and in the original packaging, undamaged and without loss of appearance.
3. Each product is covered by the supplier's warranty for manufacturing defects and other defects not related to the normal use of the product and the impact on the environment. The warranty period for each product is determined by the product manufacturer.
4. To return an item of poor quality, follow the steps above.
5. The Store undertakes to provide a reasoned written response to the consumer no later than within 20 working days from the date of receipt of the consumer's request.
